Class: Functional Studies for Exceptional Students 



Corri Phillips teaches functional subjects for exceptional students in grades 6-8. Originally from central WV, Miss Phillips holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Glenville State where she was a multi-sport athlete and a master’s degree in special education from Marshall University.

 Miss Phillips has always had an interest in working with exceptional students and making learning fun. Her hobbies include traveling, spoiling her two cats and trying new food.

Bio: Ms. Miller is a Charleston native. She works alongside Miss Phillips serving exceptional students in grades 6-8 as the teacher's aide. She attended University of Charleston and Indian River State College. She is a mother of two and taught preschool for ten years. This is Ms. Aneessa's second year at HMMS and she looks forward to working with her wonderful students each day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Marley.
